Our Team
Our consultants possess an impressive breadth and depth of experience in all Organizational Development (OD) disciplines.
We are committed to staffing the highest quality and most experienced consultants during each phase of every engagement we undertake. Our consultants and teaming partners have advanced degrees in OD or related areas, along with 10+ years of experience implementing academic OD theories that deliver measurable results in the real world.
WHG consultants employ an unobtrusive, collaborative style while working as catalysts alongside talented and committed people in our client organizations. Our consortium of experts, working side-by-side as an integrated, cohesive team reflects a business model that we believe offers our clients the best service for their investment. This business model allows us the flexibility to harness our team of experts as appropriate to ensure the client receives the best talent possible to address their individual requirements. The result: the client works with the right consultant for the task, rather than a team member who happens to be available.
