Design
The organization analysis and design process is integral
in moving an organization from its current state to its
future state. Our consultants work with managers and employees
to identify the measures for the business and collect data
around how the current organization design impacts the measures.
An analysis is performed to identify gaps in organization
design and to generate new design criteria. The gaps and
design criteria drive design recommendations and the elements
of the new organizational model. Finally, a plan is put
