The process of increasing the effectiveness of a team begins
before the team comes together for a team-building event.
We begin by collecting information from team members and
managers to fully understand the strengths and challenges
of the team. Depending on the needs of the team, the data
collection process can focus on a variety of topics from
team member dynamics, to process, to business goals and
objectives.
Following
the data collection process, the team spends time together
discussing the data and participating in activities to address
the issues. The team walks away with a detailed action plan
– including assigned responsibilities and due dates
– that addresses issues that were raised by team members.
